We are looking for newly licensed notaries or experienced notaries ($20/hr) to join our team of awesome professionals in an office atmosphere to handle the daily traffic of notarization needs of the public. 

We don't mind training those who are eager and open to learning the ins and out of being a notary and lending their professionalism to the growth of an organization's goals.

NOTE: This is NOT a Mobile/Traveling Notary Position. This is an in Office Position

• General Office Administrative Duties 
• In Office Notary Public*: Performing up to 50+ notarizations a week 
• Customer service: Greeting and providing notary & other office services to customers. 
• Important: MUST be willing to give the upmost in customer service and passionate about helping people , with an emphasis to attention to detail in a moderate to fast pace environment.
• Customer service will require patience and a positive attitude 
• Professional in appearance, attitude - dress appropriately for a business office (business casual attire)
• Timeliness is a must - repeated tardiness & absence will result in immediate termination. A Zero Tolerance Policy

Full Time Position

 5 days a week: Monday - Friday: 10am to 5pm

Pay starts at: $20/hour with room for growth.
